STEM ADVENTURE day camp SUMMER 2027
Learning & Adventure!
Camp Guyasuta will offer nine weeks of an awesome, co-ed day camp open to all youth this summer. These programs will be in a “drop-off” format,
with early arrival and late pick-up available. This arrangement allows youth with working parents to attend an adventure of a lifetime without disrupting work schedules.
Registration will shut off once 180 campers have been registered.
You must open and fill out the Medical & Consent form on the right of the registration page,
Sign the first and last page, save it, and upload it to complete registration

- Target & Range Sports
- ropes courses
- gaga ball
- human Foosball
- creek hikes
- Swimming
- and much more!

WHAT TO BRING:
• Packed Lunch - Lunches should be packed in a paper bag or soft-sided lunch
container marked with a name. No glass jars
• Swimsuit
• Beach Towel for pool
• Sturdy shoes appropriate for hiking -
• Sweatshirt - optional
• Rain gear - optional
• Extra Shoes/Socks for creek hikes this is something they like to do almost daily
NO OPEN-TOED SHOES – NO SLIDES OR SANDALS
Camp Guyasuta provides opportunities for personal growth, increased self-esteem, and the development of leadership skills. We aim to provide a camp where children and teens can learn while playing and have fun with others.
Horseback Riding Experience can be added onto day camp at the end of program. While waiting for parents to pick up from 3:45-4:45 campers will be taken on a lead ride, learn about the horse we have here at the camp and also help groom the horses. This session is limited to 10 campers per day. when done with experience your camper will be returned to pavilion for pick up.

Horseback Experience at Camp Guyasuta!
To register, click the link next to the date you want to participate. You can add the Horseback Riding Experience to day camp at the end of the program. While waiting for parents to pick up from 3:45-4:45, Campers will go on a lead ride, learn about the camp's horse, and help groom it. This session is limited to 10 campers per day. After the experience, your camper will be returned to the pavilion for pickup. This is not a horseback riding lesson for experienced riders. It introduces campers to Beau, our horse, and lets them visit the camp dog while they wait!

Registration
All campers must register prior to coming to camp.
Medical & Consent Forms
Drop Off and Pick Up
The actual Camp Program is from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Parents can drop off campers as early as 8:30 am
Parents can pick up campers from 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm.
Late Pickups - after 4:45 pm will result in an additional $30.00 fee per camper per hour
. If picked up late more than once, you will not be permitted to return.
REFUNDS
Can I get a refund?
All refund requests must be made in writing.
If you cancel before May 1, 2027, we will return the full amount, less a 15% processing fee.
May 1, 2027, the customer is charged 100% of the registration cost. As it becomes nonrefundable.
All refunds will be issued by check and will be sent to the primary contact listed on the registration
Allow 2 weeks for a refund from when approved
If you need to switch weeks, we can do that as long as there is availability. You would need to email kim.daniher@scouting.org
